In the 2026 admissions round, 192 students were admitted to Year 9 on the sports track, following the aptitude trial.

About the intake
The Year 5–8 average of those admitted is 8.89, ranging from 6.48 to 9.94. Of those admitted, 170 come from Bucharest and 22 from nine other counties — Ilfov, Călărași, Giurgiu, Prahova, Constanța, Galați, Vrancea, Timiș and Mehedinți. Altogether the intake comes from 100 different secondary schools.
Alongside the sports classes, the school also runs two academic classes — Natural Sciences and Social Sciences — with 28 places each.
