• Have completed year 4 (for entry into year 5) or year 8 (for entry into year 9)
• Pass the aptitude trial in their chosen sport
• Hold medical clearance for competitive sport

• An enrolment request (standard form)
• A copy of the birth certificate
• A copy of the ID card, where applicable
• Medical clearance for competitive sport
• School record or grade statement (for year 9 entry)

Mircea Eliade trains athletes in the following sports:

Training load varies by sport and competitive level:

• Entry level: 10–12 hours a week
• Nivel avansat: 15–18 hours a week
• National squad: program personalizat

Sessions are scheduled so they don’t clash with schoolwork.

Yes — the school provides:

• Competition kit for official events

For day-to-day training, students should bring their own kit as specified by their coach.

• Social sciences — focused on history, geography and economics
• Vocational sports track — sport and schooling in one integrated programme

The timetable is built around athletes:

• Lessons normally start at 8:00
• Training is held in the afternoon
